Diagnose, do not patch
If we cannot explain to you in plain language what is wrong with your roof, we are not finished thinking about it.
We have been on Malaysian rooftops for more than seventeen years. The crew has grown, the tools have changed, but our reason for starting hasn't moved an inch.
Novablox began in 2009 when two friends — both lifelong tradesmen — got fed up with the way roofing was being delivered in the Klang Valley. Quotes were vague, supervisors disappeared once the job started, and shortcuts on underlay and flashings were so routine they barely counted as cheating anymore.
We started small: a single van, a Saturday afternoon visiting our first customer in Old Klang Road, and a promise that the same person who quoted the job would be on site managing it. Seventeen years on we are a team of forty-eight, but the in-house supervision principle has not changed.

An in-house supervisor owns every job from the quote to the final clean-up. No subcontracting of the roofing work itself.
Written warranties, not handshake promises. When something does go wrong, we come back and fix it without renegotiating.
