Most roof inspection reports we see arrive as a single page of vague language. Ours come as a five-to-twelve page PDF with photographs of every condition flagged, location annotations, severity grading, and a clear recommendation for each item.
That format is helpful whether you are buying a house, lodging an insurance claim, scheduling maintenance for a strata board, or simply trying to figure out whether the issue you noticed will become serious within the next year.
