Novablox Roofing Solutions Sdn Bhd is a private limited company registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia under registration number 202401012876 (1567432-K). Our registered business address is Level 8, Wisma Selangor Dredging, 142-C Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
What information we collect
When you submit our enquiry form, we collect your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, email address, the service you indicated interest in, and the description you provided of your roof. We also retain a record of the date and time of the submission for our own audit purposes.
When you call or email us directly, we will note enough information to follow up on your enquiry — typically a name, contact number, and a brief description of the issue.

Why we collect it
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, schedule visits, prepare quotations, deliver the agreed roofing work, and contact you for follow-up questions on a job we have completed. We do not use enquiry information for any other purpose.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. Where a project requires us to engage a specialist subcontractor (for example, a scaffolder or arborist), we share only the address of the site and a brief description of the work — never your contact details unless you specifically ask us to introduce them.
We may share information with the Malaysian authorities if required by law, in response to a valid request from a regulatory body, or to defend our legal interests.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records that do not progress to a project are retained for twelve months and then deleted. Project records — including quotations, completion reports, and warranty documentation — are retained for ten years from the date of completion, which mirrors our workmanship warranty period.
Your rights under the PDPA
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it if anything is inaccurate, and to ask us to delete it where we are not otherwise required to retain it. Send any such request to [email protected] and we will respond within 21 working days.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the "last updated" date above and, where the change affects existing customers, send a short notification by email.
